Live theater energizes me like nothing else and I’m so lucky to do it in a community I love so much. Here are a few recent times I’ve gotten to step on stage.
24 Hour Plays on the Farm:
My first show with the Idle Hands Collective involved rehearsing and performing a brand new play within a 24 hour window.
I played Mothman. He spoke only via kazoo.
The Moors:
I understudied for EJ Caraveo as The Mastiff, performing for two nights in this dark comedy.
Peter and the Starcatcher:
I made my debut at the Contemporary Theater Company in this Peter Pan origin story. I got to go full muppet mode as Prentiss, a stuffy British orphan who finds his chosen family as a Lost Boy.
Merrily We Roll Along:
Stephen Sondheim is my hero and my father, so I loved being part of this production with The Community Players. I played various roles in the ensemble cast.
